NEP Orientation Programme

The students and teacher educators of HPSM’s Ganpat Parsekar College of Education, Harmal participated in the NEP Orientation Programme organised by the Goa State Council of Educational Research and Training (GSCERT) on 3 July 2026 at Kala Academy, Panaji. The programme was attended by five teacher educators and fifteen students of Fo.Y.B.Sc.B.Ed and Fo.Y.B.A.B.Ed.

The programme aimed to orient teacher educators and student teachers on the key provisions and implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Expert sessions highlighted recent developments in the school education curriculum, including the concept of One Examination for All, the development of assessment rubrics for effective evaluation, the progress of the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) and the future initiatives of GSCERT towards the successful implementation of NEP 2020.
