On account of ‘World Wetland Day: Protecting Wetland for our common Future’ awareness programme for youth is initiated by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India. In view of same Department of Botany in collaboration with Department of Geography organised field trip to understand Wetland Ecosystem at intertidal zone of Baga Creek, on 28/01/2025, under the guidance of Mr. Nester B. Fernandes, founder of Canopy by the coast and Project Coordinator at Marine Life of Goa.
