National Conference on ‘Borders in Literature’

The college delegation, comprising enthusiastic students and dedicated teachers, actively participated in the National Conference on Borders in Literature organized by Bhaashaa Foundation in association with Sahitya Akademi, NBT India, Bhandarkar Oriental Institute, Goethe Institute, Pune International Centre, and Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics. The conference was an integral part of Bhaashaa’s signature story festival, Katha Yatra, held from December 1st to 3rd, 2023, in Pune. The students, Ms. Yukta Korgaokar, Ms. Kalpita Khadpe, Ms. Rutuja Gauns Dessai, and Ms. Suvidha Rane, presented insightful research on diverse literary themes. The guidance and mentorship provided by Ms. Durva Mandrekar and Mr. Divakar Gurav played a crucial role in shaping the students’ contributions to the conference, showcasing the college’s commitment to scholarly pursuits and interdisciplinary exploration.
