Mentoring

 

Students at various levels of the course may face challenges in adjusting to the new environment and academic schedule, understanding the needs of the curriculum, and developing healthy interpersonal relationships. Through the mentor-mentee scheme, the college strives to address the varying requirements of the students that will lead to the holistic and overall development of future educators. The program is aimed based on students’ academic and interpersonal needs as required across the four year course. There is a focus laid on the professional development of final-year mentees and adjustment to the new curriculum for the New
admissions.
