Student Induction Programme (SIP)

Transitioning from school to university or college life is one of the most significant and challenging milestones in a student’s journey. New students arrive with diverse thoughts, backgrounds, and levels of preparation, stepping into an unfamiliar environment where they often have limited knowledge of higher education systems. Recognizing the importance of easing this transition, the University Grants Commission (UGC) emphasizes the need to warmly welcome students and equip them for their new academic and personal roles.

In alignment with this vision, GPCOE organizes a comprehensive, week-long induction program at the entry level, aptly named Disharambh. This initiative aims to guide students, foster a sense of belonging, and provide them with the tools and support they need to thrive in their new environment.
